Gingrich: Send U.S. Marshals to arrest uncooperative judges

Quote from AK Forty Seven:

Bullshit.Didn't Bush have a Republican Congress most of his presidency

And didn't Obama have a veto and filibuster-proof absolute super majority the first two years of his presidency ? What did that get us ?

Quote from Petsamo:

If a judge's ruling were so radical, the judge could be impeached by Congress. And this is within the provisions of the Constitution. If Congress issues a subpoena, the judge is bound to comply. If he doesn't, he is in contempt of Congress and the Constitution.

Free Thinker, DAS Trader, and other leftists are a bunch of idiots, useful idiots to be exact.

As opposed to a plain idiot? How long do you think a politically motivated impeachment such as the one you describe would last, considering that to you anything left of Dubya is a radical socialist who deserves to be executed, or at least tortured?
Andrew Johnson was impeached for being "out of step" with the radical Republicans of his day, although they were left radicals as opposed to the right ones we have now. That one didn't go through. What makes you think yours would?
And DAS Trader a leftist? Man, the revolution doesn't even wait to win before it starts eating its own in this case. Sheesh.

And things turned south when Obama and the Democrats took Congress.

How often does this actually happen? Plenty of judges get away with corrupt and nonsensical rulings, especially in those crazy southern states. It seems almost as if they are not accountable for their actions.

A few years ago, the Supreme Court ruled that a private company can take a person's house because it was for the good of the public. That tax dollars contributed by that company would be greater than the property taxes collected from the individual. The property later became a county dump.

Another screwed up ruling was when they allowed the burning of the American flag as freedom of speech.

In a more local level, judges disallowed a law preventing judges from referring to international laws to make a ruling. A judge allowed a Muslim man to beat his wife because in Islam, beating the wife is practicing his freedom of religion.

etc etc
