Here is an high lited chart that has a few modifications to emphasize the gap in the run down to point 2 of the Depression.

the gap is showing in the ellipse which contains the accerated pattern and the time in the zone established by the original RTL and the VE'ed RTL

The subject is to get our loan officer to be able to annotate paralleograms as a consequence of built inference in his mind. Now we look at the bar 55/56 equivalent on the monthly chart.

The two bars are December 09 and January 10. this is a vertical pink line moment for David and it begins a period that is gap qualified.

Notice how for pane display purposes we have a close followed by an open whereby an rtl goes inbetween. The close and opoen are consecutive ticks for us in our paradigm. they are price values that are adjacent. they are at the end of the gap where personal trust is going to begin to appear to be a conscious element of critical thinking AND the unconscious assembling being done while sleeping. during sleeping two parts of past sensing are put in order as a reinforcing process with respect to long term memory content.

Use it or lose it applies. The meditation context of coherent compassion is where use it or lose it is on the table. Our compassion allows us to move forward with personal trust in what and how we are growing.

This is Zinn's 30 aniversary of his "mindfulness". you can see the volume measures and what is dominant and what is non dominant. Red volume shows as larger than black.. your mind is putting this knowledge into the long term memory associated with your differentiation. "CORRECTNESS" is being built and "incorrectness is being rejected since it does not "fit" into your mind building process.

It may be getting clearer and clearer how the mind builds itself going towards proficiency and competence. The cohenece monitoring represents when thinking is working to build.

Trading becomes like driving a car when a person's personal trust of his critical thinbking is finaly established. There is no doubt that when money is involved coherence can be on the block as far as a person being coherent.

See how the OB of December contributes to "locking in personal trust of the mind building process. It is not the end of the bar; it is sooner as you see the mutations that finally get to an OB being locked in. In pattern considerations, you get to deal with pattern completion.

Dial back to your three fractals subs, BBT's and tapes for ES and YM and the OTR's and the DOM and the S/S. You just rolled though, mentally 10 to 12 leading indicators of price and volume on the ES. You can TRUST your mind's mind building a you sleep.

Now we just wait as the trust is established.

I will move back to building the patterns on the fastest observable level and eliminate the gap in MADA's elements so that trading and making all that is offered is occuring. As we do this ALL fractals will be involved.

Econometrically and economically we are after point 3 of this DEPRESSION.

Short is the DOMINANT MODUS. At times all fractal will be SHORT. This happened on 06MAY10 and it apparently has created a quandary among observers who lack the mental differentiation to see or understand what is going on. The immunity we have in contrast to all these people who are hanging in the wind is an interesting thing to examine. the continuing absense of integrity is a very strong theme to examine in the context of the gene pool and the survival capabilities of the mind. The rich quitters are very interesting. The unpunished are interesting. The irresponsible enforcers are interesting. The detractors are hunorous as usual.

Our example is a loan officer at a bank and he can't trade and is going to build a technical support system if he get to trading expertise first. He misses trades because he run late mentally and needs confirmation of everything going on. He is coherent as he does his job in a situation lacking integrity and he is incoherent in trading as pointed out in " 24 Essential Lessons" Appendix B. Also read Appendix A which is on models of success. There successes are contrasted with failures. Lesson 10 is terrific it explains how about 10 or so occurances are very risky since they do not bear fruit.

We are past point 3 in this Depression and we wil be using three adjustments during the pattern building from point 3 to the depression FTT. The depression FTT is 10 to 12 years out.

The application of adjustments will begin with the VE's on short dominance.

After a few years the expansion adjustment will come into use.

Lastly, a decade of so out we will be getting around to some fanning. I'll be approach an age of about 90 or so.

Adjustments to Annotation

This is the "before" consideration which occurs after point 3.

The fastest fractal is bar to bar and therefore cases can enter the consideration for some adjustments.

ve's

ve's occur as cases for x b's, xr's and stitches. An OB can create a ve.

Use, in the fastest observable fractal, acceleration of the slope of the rtl. Mathmatically, this statement is confusing to readers. A short trend pattern gets more negative. A long trend pattern gets more positive. both are measaured with respect to time on a bar to bar basis.

This is an initial resolution.

Additional bars must also be considered with respect to a parallelogram formed from the two rtl's involved. These two are the original and the rtl drawn on the ve and parallel to the original. A binary decision in MADA is involved. the close is either in or out of the above mentioned parallelogram. Mathmatically, this statement is confusing to readers. there is a situation where the close is on the original rtl and a situation where the close is on the new rtl. Why would a person assume anything at this point? There is no reason to make assumptions. All person find out the answer to this situation by doing work of building the mind to get the CORRECT non assumed answer to each situation. Notice how the first situation is more easily resolved. The second situation is resolved by considering the close to be in the mentioned parallelogram.this is the conservative solution to the situation.

Leaving the zone is the next conclusive activity. Continuing in the zone is a matter of doing expansion. Expansion in the zone considers what is labelled M1 and M2. Both have ftt's and both are parallelograms composed of bar to bar activity.

the matter of resolution on the M1 and M2 of a ve.

Notice we have a situation where we are allowing the mind to do its processes as we sleep after a day fo sensing. Our genes have forward some help and we have our suvival instincts guiding us as we sleep and neurons are being reinforced with additiona synaptic connectioins to the extent that when neuron to neuron we hit the 3700 connection levels and long term memory comes into being. The strings of neurons build trunks of neurons that have shortcuts within to get from the stump to the top of the truncks by improving things that resemble critical pathways.

The many locations needed are all working away in parallel. here we see a person pull up an 19OCT09 chart that has beearing on 17MAY10 after point 3. 06MAY was in between. today a journists writes that "some" financial entities simply when the the sidelines on 06MAY 10. thier collective differentiation automatic or manual was out of gas apparently. SCT traders were in the market and on the right side of the market and enjoying the pool extraction. we certainly were on the phone as the day ended.

The above topics are handled by buidling the mind and the necessary inference appears as part of the stronger and reinforced differentiation.

The loan officer cannot think up what to do from his Wharton training any more than the guys who sidelined their outfits on 06MAY10.

In tucson traders are training new traders. It is a see one; do one; teach one setting. several participants do martial arts, dance classes and trading together in their newly built trading office. The 52 in screen is arriving this week after the decision made on the specific product was done around nno on Sunday. older traders have the anotating down cold; new traders are asking questions and this thread supoports to getting answers to the order of questions that is occuring.

Resolution of the two topics of this post happens for the older traders and for the new traders. As Tiki states a loooong time was taken to get the monthly to work the same way the bar to bar works. AND IT DOES in the differentiated mind.

Getting things up to speed is done while a person sleeps.

Resolution is the wedging of new inference into the existing organized inference.

So why doesn't PA trading work?

So why doesn't edge trading work?

So why is there HFT beginning in the Financial Industry? iIs it a lack of integrity issue? Why can't the Bright brothers make any headway with the non functional regulators?

We do the wedging of the two topics into the bar to bar portion of our differentiatiion. Once we have the resolution to have M1 and M2 or a "on the rtl" close, we use the inference of bar to bar to keep rolling with MADA and its respective four finite sets.

VE's

06MAY10 points out what happens in a Depression after point 3 has been locked in. This 700 trillion dollar elephant in the room is an issue. Markets always tolerate all forms of cheaters and thiefs.

Honesty is the best policy but the world could not afford it the world tells us.

VE's occur going from slower fractal to slower fractal. the trip to the LTL is a volatility measure fropm fractal to fractal. higher volatility on dominant volume moves is to be expected. The orientation is SHORT.

we have done a lot on VE's when we examined the trading fractal on ES for several days, all beginning with bar 30. you see the "bend down" like looking at a plate full of chicken wings. "They all look alike to me". this is differentiation at work.

Each fractal has its stuff and character and we DO NOT JUMP FRACTALS.in our thinking.
advancing in trading skills has a "beat". the beat is the urge to go to trading on faster fractals. super. That will happen soon.

Being on automatic on three nested fractals comes first.

A VE cuases the requirement to accelerate to be accomodated. It is a binary situation: either aceleration is possible or NOT. The mind tells you automatically. The result replaces the exisitng parallelogram on that fractal. You also compound this with the "Zone" parallelograml. Two parallelograms in parallel on the same fractal. can you drive a car on a four lane highway as well as you can drive on a two lane highway? some traffic circles are two lanes as well. If civil engineers can lay concrete people can drive successfully on that concrete.

Resolution goes both ways: finer and coarser.

By getting on top of annotating on this level above bar to bar we get to see the ftt on the faster fractal moves sooner. again we are looking to draw the thin vertical line on our charts to tell us we are in a new situation and we want to eliminate the gap so that the market work and the trading work are synchronous and consistent. We are going about removing all the inconsistencies that have crept into our growth process. rsolution skills eliminate inconsistencies and TRUST in ourselves takes the gap away.

The number of fast fractal moves in an acceleration of the TF is not a fixed number. We are after point 3 of the TF and a VE occurs on a FF move. We have a way of dealing with FF ve's and dealing with the zone.for the FF. A VE can occur in this FF situation. we can now go through applying the ve information to VE's and do it in the same way. this is called "consistency". Learning to let your mind do its process in coherent awareness and then comapssionately is how "consistency evolves in a person's mind.

You can read ET until you are blue in the face and see how it is not possible for most traders to get to be "consistent".
This is simply an issue that relates to the mind's processes and their strong peformance to not go to inconsistency the watchword of 90 some percent of the learning of failure.

Most traders are learning failure and in that process consistency does not come up. the mind is simply working to use its fowared gene pool and its survival mechanisms to take the person out of the trading business. 90 persent of the minds of traders take them out of the business. fortunately the mind has a partner in this called the traing account. It is being emptied. You can see T666 doing an account emptying by his basic ignorance. you have to look closely to see the statistically insignificance of this over the 24,000 trades. Too bad he chose to trade such a small amount of capital.

VE's are defined by passing through the RTL. The subsequent price moves are defined by the "Zone". Building from fast to slower occurs as usual. Completion on the bar to bar level is a binary coincern: either completion occurs or it doesn't on the faster fractal.

Where is only one test for completion. We use the bookmark for this.

In this global Depression the testing is done during long non dominant times with respect to all fractalsprimarily. This is a MADA discussion and NOT a trading dicussion. The M of MADA is what the discussion is about.

What about the times when a long dominance exists? they occur and they are handled "consistently because the "context" is always understood and noted.

As time passes and the MADA is used, it is possible to keep filling in the infernce in the proper places now that we have a start on the learning process.

I will critque as time passes and note the reference to the text applies as the text is completed.

The gap is continually being reduced by the fact that the ends where completion occurs is being tightened up all the while. Personal trust will begin to allow a parson to Act on the information being used. a his happens all trades begin with a non dominant situation which rapidly becomes a dominant situation. All the time the mind is supplying the CORRECT inference and resolution is being maitained on the xompassionate level.

Wisdom begins to set in as a consequence.

What is nice about the BW/B article is that they used the pattern on the ES to illustrate the 06MAY daily order of events. you can start with the FTT and peaking volume. Next you see the R2R and then the non dom 2B and finally the bottom is hit on the 2R of the short pattern.

No one at Businessweek/Bloomberg knows they illustrated the pattern as you can see from the article.

You can put in the P and V parts of the pattern right on the illustration.

As you read the washington article you can see with hooro how ignorant the SEC is and how they did what they did.

All of this influences the gorvernment, the financial indutry and particularly the media.

A while back on the k200 we tried to get 10 consecutive days done so that the hierarchy of the nested fractals could be determined.

At this point we can got from the monthly to the OTR (finest granularity and see the interlocking of the various fractals all made possible by the order of events of the pattern and how thepattrn overlaps,

The pattern is brief sometimes and sometimes "completion" takes a long time and adjustments are part of these expansion periods.

You can look at a stream of events along the bottom of the BW.B article. Notice how there are no comments at all that fit into the Larry Harris hierarchy shown in his book on page 199.

PEP and its applications are parasitic to the markets. we fit into the speculative part where our foundation is front running (for trading) and technical for the pattern.

you can see that no one knew what was going on on 06MAY10 except for those using the pattern and trading it based upon their selftrust which eliminates the gap.

Expansion

A normal pattern is contained in a parallelogram without adjustment of the parallelogram.

Upon the trend overlap commencing the patterns still are contained in parallelograms without adjustment.

This is where clean page 4 came from in the 10 pager.

As we build our minds by critical thinking, the gap gets alot of attention. Lack of trust shows up particularly when a person has to take a behavioral action at the END of a pattern. In PEP the trader is also taking an action at the BEGINNING of a pattern.

This conincident moment is where the gap begins and it is the place where lack of internal personal trust is squarely in the front row of the mind. Monkey mind is being obayed and is in charge if a person is incoherent.

Clean Page 4 deals with the regions of the chart as the gap begins. That is why the CP4 was provided to the learner and practioner.

Either the overlap comes to an end or, binarily, expansion begins.

as shown on 06MAY10 we reached a point where the market people abrogated their legal resonsibilities in favor of thier personal financial interests.

Attached is a picture of BP's 10 year old non functional and non tested BOP. They abrogated their responsibilites just like the market makers did.

So we take a big tanker and cut a hole in the bottom of one of the cells. we float it out to the site and adjust its sepated cells to lower it to the muddy bottom and let it settle into the mud like the prior equipment did. we let the discharging oil fill the cells by orderly displacement. Then we harvest the crude, sell it and clean up the fisheries, vacation lands and the esturaies.

In this illustration I like how the press reports that no one knows which way the 50,000 barrels of mud will go. The pipe is 21 inches the mud hoses are 3 inches each. Looks like jumping fractals to me. What do they think the horsepower drivng the 21 inch pipe is? driving two 3 inch pipes with 30,000HP seems small to me.

A tanker could be as bigg as several times the current total discharge. So do we have any ships that are the right size and made of cells that can be used to collect the discharge?

So if we are lucky the mud goes the wrong way and finally gets stuck in the broken pipe above the BOP anf then it has to start going the other way. Who in this environmental disaster trusts themselves. It is the people who, so far, have not been given the "get go" to clean up the place faster than the mess can be created.

Point 2 in the paralleogram

You see this binary situation. You make a place for it in your mind and as you sleep it gets better organized and reinforced.

You refine the view of R2R or B2B where the gap is R2 or B2 and this is a non dom peak to trough oreder of events. You have 10 to 12 leading indicators on panes on your screens.

We have already repeatedly gone through the reversal on a an FTT and how to wash and wash and reverse on what follows the ftt by using the bookmark.

Expansion happens when the RTL contains the FF move and its completion. Overlap begins and ends when the RTL does not contain the completion of the FF.

The bookmark shows the limiting situation of "walking out sideways". One case is a lateral as we see as well. Laterals do have moves that ar dominant and non dominant as we know.

As thei dialog ensued there was discussion of the extent of losses. Losses are not part of learning to build your mind.

At the beginning of the gap, a person is in the market and the price is in a non dominant move. The binary inference section of your mind that is build is giving you the inference for either expansion or getting through the R2R or B2B to a point 2 outside of the old RTL. These are CORRECT sets of inference for the HOLD the trader is in. The gap can dissappear if internal personal trust appears in the space. All of this is dicussed and illustrated in the document "Dr Hu". Long ago there were discussions of FBO which meant Failure to BreakOut.

Expansion is handed on the FF level wherby the FF's are continuing to be contained in the TF parallelogram. These FF's each reach completion of the pattern.

What is this phenomena suually called in CW ? This is known as the "trending day".

In this Depression after the years when VE's are possible, global economics and econometrics come into the period of "expansion of the Depression". VE's tend to narrow the parallelogram. How can these accelerated parallelograms turn into expansion oriented paralleograms?

Your mind will add this information to your inference as you go through, thoroughly dealing with this on faster fractals within the economic and econometric fractal.

Your mind is like a huge available tanker to place over an existing disaster called a Depression. you children are becoming Derpression chilkdren just like I was when I was born in 1933. I only ate two meals a day for the six years I was in college and I did not take on any college debt; I just added another job and slept less.

here we see just how the expansion begins by the bookmark limit mechanism which goes into action of the second move of a pattern. the limit of the parallelogram is exceeded and a cancellation of thefirst move of the pattern is done. What then happens is fanning and fanning ceases when the expansion returns to dominate the fractal continuation move after move.

Expansion does not involve new point 2' and 3's but fanning does.

Just as in ve's and VE's where there is a cahin reaction going to slower and slower fractal, expansion also has a potential similar chain reaction via bookmarks.

Lastly, I will deal with the fanning adjustment. All of this is the critical thinking resolution process going on. As you see there is reason to internally trust yourself all of the time. the gap dissapears when you trust yourself that you mind is CORRECT. Jimminy Cricket has arrived in two ways: knowledge and emotions.

People who go through see one; do one; teach one, lose the mental gap. Learners being taught by those who are doing teach one, get to see the teacher exhibit internal personal trust. the do one stage is where people say to themselves: I AM going to keep doing each and every part of this BECAUSE I KNOW IT IS THE MOST VALUABLE THING I CAN BE DOING. Here is where it is learned that making money takes care of itself.
