And the initial story had him also discussing arresting the head of the bank of Greece and throwing him in jail if he didn't go along with the plot. Hacking into the tax files and jailing the head of the country's central bank. And he's got defender's coming out of the woodwork on editorial pages saying it's only logical that he would have a plan b.
Not even close. That link I gave Zdreg is good because it is a relatively short piece so it won't take you long to read it. There are a number of other important differences beside the one mentioned in the Bloomberg article, but the distinction drawn in that article goes to the core of all the differences. The difference between printing and QE is huge. It's the difference between a wheelbarrow full of bank notes to buy a loaf of bread and less than 2% inflation! And that IS huge!

That article that was referenced at wiki about qe says in the first paragraph that the goal of qe is to increase money supply and then later in the body of the article its says that one of the federal reserve governors is quoted as saying it is monetizing the debt.
So we have wiki and a federal reserve gov and portfolio managers and investors and short term traders and ET denizens all calling it printing and monetizing.
And on the other side we've got a writer from bloomberg, who probably has a degree in journalism, saying it's not.
Guess which one piezoe considers to be the authoritative source.
