The main thing I would add is that I ordered these sandwiches as they are displayed. In other words, I didn't add any extras that would increase the cost. The problem is that the picture of their Italian beef sandwich is shown with sweet and hot peppers on it, but they aren't included by default. Same goes with cheese. If you want one of four cheeses they offer, that's extra too. The regular sandwich with nothing but beef is almost $10. The extras will boost it to $13. If you ordered the large version of the same sandwich with extras, then it's north of $15. Add in fries and a drink and there goes another $7. So after tax, we're talking about a fast food lunch that could easily cost between $22 and $25 once taxes are added in.
There should be a shut-off valve on the wall or inside a recessed box in the wall. You can turn off the valve while working on it if you're going to be moving the unit around to remove covers.
Careful when moving the unit so you don't kink the flexible gas line. If you kink it you'll want to replace it rather than try to get the kink out.
The testing to fix the noise can be done with the gas valve off. Tumbler will work fine.
***If it's an older unit I replace it if I can't fix it myself. Too costly to have someone repair an old appliance IMO.

Your voice quality is excellent and your presentation, especially considering it was a from the hip, spur of the moment thing... really good. The confidence in your delivery was infectious too. Like you do this all the time. Damn... you've got talent Baron. Housewives across America would love ya. A Brad Pitt double with arms.
That 'Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives', it has pretty good ratings I think. If you have any connections on a competing cable channel, not sure what the format would be, but you should call them and tell them you have an idea for a show, if you can come up with one that has a different twist than D,D,&D.
No not all, I've just been following the stock, it's near an all-time low, and it (perhaps) has the potential to be the next CMG or Shake-Shak. I wanted a smart opinion from someone that appreciates good food and has extensive culinary skills as a normal Joe, but that has never been to a Portillo's. And man did he deliver.
