We will doordash the French Dip from Cheesecake factory sometimes, and I love the way they handle that type of to-go order. They just put the beef inside the bun and then put the au jus in a separate container. That way you just can open the au jus container and dip your sandwich in it, or you can just dump it on the beef and eat immediately. The Portillo's experience would have been 10 times better if they would have handled it that same way.I also prefer 5G. Portillo's beef is something you have to eat in the restaurant. It gets soggy as it essentially presented au jus.
As much as I like to mess with Stoney.... please.... I don't want to see him blow his house up... (and himself in the process). There should be a shut-off valve on the wall or inside a recessed box in the wall. You can turn off the valve while working on it if you're going to be moving the unit around to remove covers.
Careful when moving the unit so you don't kink the flexible gas line. If you kink it you'll want to replace it rather than try to get the kink out.
The testing to fix the noise can be done with the gas valve off. Tumbler will work fine.
***If it's an older unit I replace it if I can't fix it myself. Too costly to have someone repair an old appliance IMO.

Trust me on this one, I figured it out a few years back, Stoney is lucky if he can figure out which end is the working end of a screwdriver.
That said.... he does have a degree of market savantness. More than most.

It has nothing to do with anything aside from giving Baron the address.
