xair finally got its FDA approval for newborns in the aftermarket. not a huge move right now on the news (considering how low it was), probably just because it's limited to the newborns... needs more approvals.

Well I'm no scientist, and I'm no Fauci.... but if it's safe for newborns, one would think it will be ok for adults. Unless maybe the efficacy isn't as great and they need a way bigger dose, which probably needs a little more research. I wish I'd have seen your post earlier, I bet it runs pre-market tomorrow. :thumbsup:

i sold on today's news, so yah, probably will run in the morning. but i guess the worry will be the money and will they need to raise more. the newborn market is small, and also it takes a while to sell these things, because hospitals are on contracts for the devices they have already, so those need to phase out. i haven't looked recently at how the other trials are going, but it took foreeeeeeeever for the FDA to come through with this approval. stock may just run tomorrow, but i felt like if it didn't i had to be willing to hold the stock for some time and it felt so good to sell it

The German government has taken control of three liquefied natural gas ships from Russian energy giant Gazprom.

US-listed Dynagas LNG Partners said Germany’s energy network regulator assumed control of three vessels “for an indefinite period of time” after Berlin took ownership of Gazprom Germania in April.

Two Dynagas ships, the Amur River and the Ob River, were chartered to a Gazprom unit until 2028, while the vessel Clean Energy was chartered to the unit until 2026. All have now been taken over by Berlin.

Germany seized control of Gazprom Germania, which controls the country’s largest gas storage facility, to secure its energy supplies amid the Ukraine conflict. It has since renamed the company Securing Energy for Europe.

The takeover came after Gazprom said it no longer owned its subsidiary Gazprom Germania but refused to disclose the unit’s new ownership structure.
