Remember Softbank has their annual meeting coming shortly where huge losses will be revealed and more selling is to come in tech.

That threshold has been crossed. It seems having lawyers is no longer needed in the Supreme Court, mini tyrants is all that need apply.

Did you know you have no right to drive a car? Yea that's a privilege not in the constitution.

Theocracy coming?
 
It's an interesting question Ted. We are going back to the 1700's- 1800's.
It's very bad news for Mr Trump. I would think very bad news for various Governors they just don't know it yet. The Supreme court may have up to 20 judges in our life time.
Huge judicial reform coming.

Not respecting past supreme court decisions makes the whole process invalid. Why even care-? wait till your side tales over and change everything again... but the supreme court is different with life time positions- that may be changed as well. 20 year terms is more than enough- maybe 10. Not life. This can be changed.

By all rights Biden should appoint 2 more judges to the balance the court and make it more reflect the American people. I expect the next guy in office will want to add two and it will go one forever.. But break tradition in one area break it in another.

When just the few try to control the many it's not so much Theocracy as revolution. And that type of combat slices both ways.
