No, I'm not homo,nor bi-sexual. I just understand the human mind. Do you believe pedophiles are born that way? Or do they first entertain the thought of sex with kids? What about people that have sex with animals? Are they born that way too? The mind is a powerful thing. You can program to think any way you want with enough thought. But lets talk about something different relating to the mind. Lets talk about Love.

Why do people fall in love? Why do people fall out of love? When people fall in love, its because they spend alot of time thinking positive thoughts about a person. When they fall out of love, its because they stop thinking about that person, or start associating negative thoughts to that person. You can litterally make yourself fall in love with anyone in the world if you think about them positively long enough. This logic works with everything including sex. If you think about sex with lots of different women, you are going to want lots of different women and never want to settle down. If you dream of being with only one woman, the idea of sex with many women will not be as appealing. Whatever you focus your mind on, is what you want. If you focus on some dudes ass and how good you might feel if you tried it...you will turn gay with enough thought. Its just how the mind works. I've read books and taken seminars on the subject. Probably spent at least a few hundred hours trying to figure out how the mind works and anyone else who has studied it will tell you the same thing. What you focus on, is what occupies your mind. If you think positive thoughts about it, you will love it. If you think negative thoughts about it, you will hate it.

That explains well why you don't like gay people. But it doesn't explain the countless people who are gay without any initial thought. They realize they're gay around the age young straight men realize they're attracted to women. There's no thought involved, and this I gather from listening to quite a few gay people.

Being more accepting of gays is going to cause society to "make more homosexuals?"

Ridiculous. If I thought it was true, my position on homosexuality and gay rights would take a 180-degree turn.

And by the way, it's not at all hard to imagine that homosexuality does serve an evolutionary purpose. Male births are slightly more common than female births - and on the other side of the coin, some tiny percentage of men are going to have the usual male strength for fighting, gathering firewood, hunting wooly mammoths etc. but will not participate in the competition for women, and will not have their own family unit to absorb their energies. At some level, the whole tribe benefits from this.

There is an initial thought. There is something, somewhere in their life usually when they are young where there was a male presence that they wanted to be close with (usually a father) The father then leaves (physically or emotionally) and the kid is missing that father and thinking about him all the time. So as a child, when his thoughts are on a male presence that is not there(his father), he gets excited when some strange male presence comes along(which could be a kid at school, teacher, or whatever). As these kids get older and their bodies start to recognize sex, their focus on these male figures at the same time can confuse them and then they are gay. Not quite a conscious choice,but the thoughts that the child had focused on led them to that. (this is not the only way it happens, just one of many ways)

Now add into the mix liberals telling these kids that its ok if men love men and women love women and its almost leading those kids to the path of homosexuality.

More evidence that it is a choice is to talk to some homosexuals and asked them if they or anyone they know has ever "flipped" a straight guy. So many of them will say yes. So you cant tell me that the straight guy didnt choose to be homosexual.

Its true that many homosexuals may have unconsciously chose to be that way, but they chose it and didnt fight it the right way. The wrong way to fight it is to say "I dont want to be this way. I wish i was straight" That doesnt work because they are still thinking about guys while they are saying it. The right way to fight it is whenever they think of a man they like, they should instantly try to think of a pretty woman instead. If they see a guy they lust for in the street, they should try to look at the nearest woman. It will take a while, but eventually they will interrupt their normal pattern of thinking and FIX whats broken with them. But the first way to fix a problem is to first admit that there is a problem. This is where acceptance of homosexuality does its damage. Just like fixing an alcoholic. Some people will get fixed and others will fight it and not beleive anything is wrong. The ones that get fixed will always tell you their lives are better when they are fixed. I never met an alcoholic who said his life was worse after he stopped drinking.

Brain dead? You want me to encourage people into a lifestyle that stretches their ass gasket until they can't hold it, forwards a disease ridden culture, etc... some have concluded that one has to suspend reason to be Liberal, I agree with that entirely...

Some want us to suspend reason [Ex: the "queer is ok crowd"], others want us to jump to stupid conclusions [Ex: the "war on drugs is good" crowd], I'll not go with your lines of thinking if you don't mind, thanks for your input of course...
