Quote from Hello:
He found out by pure fluke, his whole face went numb one day, and he didnt know what it was, he isnt one for going to the hospital, but his wife made him go because she thought he was having a stroke, they did the initial tests where he drank something, which appeared on an xray and they found them. Turns out his face going numb was just a pinched nerve in his jaw.
Then he had to go for an MRI to find exactly where they were located, which is what made me mad that it took four months, if something would have happened in that time and he would have died when it was operable it would have made me incredibly angry. And this is a perfect example of how broken Canada's healthcare system is.
Nothing they can do to operate on them unfortunately, but he can prolong his life through diet and quitting smoking/drinking, and it really doesnt bug him to much, when they pop he dies, its instant and painless, so it was kind of nice to atleast figure out they were there so me and him could make peace with each other and say what we need to say. He could live 10 years, he could die tomorrow, you just never know, so luike you said if was pure fluke and actually a blessing to find them. Most people dont get the chance, and dont find out that a loved one had an anneurism until they drop dead unexpectedly one day.
