Gallup state numbers predict huge Obama loss

Quote from Epic:

I'm wondering where they are getting the info. IMO, pure speculation. He only endorsed yesterday, so when would the polls have been conducted? All polls posted today have Romney gaining, not losing.

I don't think the endorsement changes things at all, except that he might write a check to the Romney PAC.

I heard on Don Imus show actually, quoting Fox. This was all I could find with a cursory google search.

"An endorsement by Donald Trump would draw a mixed reaction among Republican and Republican-leaning voters: 20% say they would be less likely to support a candidate backed by Trump, 13% more likely and 64% say it would make no difference.

Among all voters, however, more than three times as many would view a Trump endorsement negatively than positively (28% vs. 8%). That is little changed from 2007."

Nothing verifiable, sorry, was just passing along what I heard.

Quote from tomdavis:

Obama is likely win re-election easily.

Incumbent presidents get re-elected 70% of the time overall, and virtually 100% of the time when the public's perception of the economy is good, or at least that it's improving.

If the economic numbers (particularly employment) continue to improve from now through the summer, no one can beat Obama.

The wild card are all the people who might or might not decide to start looking for a job as things improve. The general consensus is that the a jump in the economy will actually result in a short term increase in the unemployment stat.

Quote from Epic:

Complete non-issue in the long run. Trump's endorsement will hardly even be mentioned after this week. Except for by Trump himself.
I agree. Trump needed some air time to satisfy his ego, nothing more.

Not criticizing you, but rather Fox News. These days they are trying to make a story out of anything they can. The Trump thing is a complete non-issue in my opinion.

Maybe so. But I think Trump may be the toilet tissue that sticks to Romney's shoe. It may draw some continued and unwanted attention to his inner Gekko when it serves his opponents' purposes, along with the prestige of a self-aggrandizing game show host endorsement. Bottom line, it may not amount to much, but I doubt it's a plus for Romney by any stretch. Further, I doubt Trump will be a meaningful political donor to compensate.

Not unlike thunderpussy/Gayfly1/brASS being the toilet tissue that sticks to ET's shoe eh?

LOL

Romney just needs to scrape the sole of his shoe on Obama's teeth. Problem solved.

Why not just get it over with and put me on ignore? Or am I still on your ET buddy list, as you had previously admitted?

Yeah, that's pretty much how I feel. Non-news soon, but possible red meat later on for Obama. Certainly not a plus.

I don't currently have anyone on ignore. What makes you think you're special enough to qualify?
Or am I still on your ET buddy list, as you had previously admitted?
Yes you are, along with your two previous alias's I'm sure.
