Gallup state numbers predict huge Obama loss

Quote from 377OHMS:

Its good news. AK is always posting poll data showing that nobody basically has a chance. After awhile I start believing it. The margin might be slim but at least it isn't a total blowout 10 months before the election.

Obama has got a few decisions he has to make this year. I don't think Iran is going to wait for the election. Once the oil sanctions are in place they'll have to bust a move and Obama may be forced to take serious action...or do nothing and cope with the consequences. Can't vote "Present" on that one.

Iran would be a game changer.

Quote from trefoil:

The wildcard is the veep. If Romney is smart, he'll choose Christie. That would actually almost guarantee a victory in Nov based on NJ going red, PA almost certainly doing so, and even NY being in play. CT would also be tough, and NH would be likely to go red too. Obama wouldn't repeat in Indiana anyway, so that's another one flipping from blue to red.

Unless of course the Dems hit them hard on Medicare. They need to be absolutely merciless on that.

This Romney dude is hilarious. Now he's got Trump endorsing him in Vegas.
Who the hell is his campaign manager? The guy has got to be completely clueless.
So, now we got Romney on record endorsing a plan that dismantles Medicare, we got Gingrich digging up dirt on how he headed up a company that engaged in massive fraud on Medicare, we got Romney paying 13% on his taxes, and in the midst of all that they find nothing wrong with Trump endorsing him in Vegas?
These guys aren't even functioning on a basic motor skills level. Unbelievable.

Jimmy Carter's second term will be over. Obama can retire and write two dozen books about what a great POTUS he was like Carter did..

This is the problem electing a young President. We are stuck with them for to many years after they leave.

It is more a Democratic problem. Carter and Clinton stick their noses in all types of political situations. The Bush's are happy just living in retirement with class.

Quote from Navin Johnson:

A political pundit (I can't remember who) told a good analogy. Imagine if you are married. Some one asks you if you would still remain married in 10 months. If your answer was undecided, then your marriage is in trouble.

If you're free to decide to marry many other beautiful women you might divorce your wife, but if the question is if you divorce your wife the only other choice you have for another wife is Ann Coulter or Sharon Angle many would decide to stay with their current your wife

Quote from Navin Johnson:

If the economy stays the same, I think it will be a very close race, but, Romney will win. Even in the RCP average of polls, Obama only gets 47.5% of the vote. If an incumbent cannot get 50%+ of the vote, then they are in trouble. 52.5% will vote for Romney,

Obama doesn't need to be above 50%.If he's at 47 % he doesn't need the other 4% to like or approve of him,he just needs to convince them that he is better then Gordon Geckko, and that wont be hard to do at all

+1,And Obama, his billion dollar re election funds and Obamas media hasn't started attacking Romney 100 % yet

Romney embracing trumps endorsement is another thing Obama will attack Romney on.Very foolish of him to accept Trumps endorsement imo.At the most he should have released a statement saying I appreciate Mr Trumps endorsement

Remember this?

Barack Obama tells Americans 'don't go to Las Vegas'

I thought it was a nice touch, Trump endorsing Romney in Vegas.

Per Fox news, paraphrase: Romney's latest polls show Trump cost him a few points. Pretty funny endorsement overall, considering their past. No debate, no photo op etc.
