You are a complete idiot.
Mayor Giuiani had his "Command and Control" center in #7 WTC, about halfway up. As a result, for emergency purposes they had reserve tanks of heating oil down in the lobby of the building near the elevator bank. The heating oil had been burning all day long inside of the building and that is what lead to the degredation in structural integrity. It didn't help matters that WTC #7 was situated above a Con-Ed power substation which imposed "unique structural design constraints."

I didn't physically "work on demolitions". I was the Project Manager for the entire gig -- demo and rebuild. The Loizeaux's were just one of many subcontractors on the project. Because of obvious safety issues and my position, I was very involved in reviewing their plans and execution, but I did none of the actual work.
I know enough to know that water bags were not involved and frankly watching the Loizeaux's work on Discover Channel (etc) repeatedly, I've never seen them used ever. From that position I surmise that their use is at least very rare.

the interior explosions come before the others.... thus the penthouse starts falling first. 95% of the bldg starts falling a few seconds after that... therefore... if you start the count... when the top four corners begin to fall we are talking appx 6 sec's. ??? what is so hard about this... i am amazed at anyone that doesnt get this dynamic.

what don;t youget? a very LARGE plane travelling at 400 MPH filled to the brim with jet fuel hits a tower......
the tower stayed up for an hour or so...but the more important question is:
if there was this demo scheme in place......why not spend the extra five dollars and have a timer on the explosives so it would go off either a) when the planes hit or b) one to five minutes later???????
