A: what I understand is that if you wish to claim that a building falls at freefall speed you must start timing at the beginning, when the building mass begins to accelerate -- not some time later.
B: If I'm part of some conspiracy to blow WTC7 why would I care which way it falls? It's not that hard to blow up a building and make it come down -- it take a lot of careful planning to make it come down without hurting anything around it -- and in this case who would give a s**t. In fact, I would most likely want it to fall in a way that *doesn't* look like a typical building demo.
