Fed appeals court panel says most Obamacare subsidies illegal

They aren't seeking to overturn it so much as demand that it be followed. Or "abided by".

Oh, really? Please make the coherent argument that bans all guns from the City of Chicago in a way that is aligned with the 2nd amendment.

Are all those who want guns members of a militia?
man you're a fool. Despite SC rulings, the entire history and tradition of our nation, and the Founders explanations on the issue.. you still think that being a member of a militia is some kind of prereq for owning a gun. Well you are dead fucking wrong and have 0 evidence to back you up.

Seems to me that you and piehole would be happier in another country, you don't seem to have anything in common with the USA. our neighbors to the north have centralized healthcare and strict gun laws, maybe ask ricter or brASS about moving there.

How 'bout the fact that the amendment is specifically stated in the context of a militia?

It is a decision based on legal hair splitting. It will probably be reversed.

The most basic rule of statutory interpretation is to look at the plain language of the law. Now that is derided as hair splitting?

Another basic rule is that the specific overrides the general. There is a specific provision that limits subsidies to state-run exchanges. The general intent of the law, namely to force republican voters to pay for healthcare for Obama supporters, cannot override a specific limitation.

We know Obama is lawless and has no respect or regard for the legal or Constitutional process. He no doubt will start a campaign of threats against the judges, much as he did with the Supreme Court. The democrats have totally politiczed the Judicial Branch anyway. Now they have just stopped pretending that decisions should be based on anything but political allegiance. In fact, they are demanding a decision on that basis.

We might as well elect federal judges now, like they do in West Virginia. They couldn't be anymore intellectually corrupt.
