Fear and loathing in Las Vegas

T - 1 to debate.

I have a feeling that 98% of the country has made up it's mind. Still, 2% of 120,000,000 voters could be the difference in this election.

Expecting Trump to really hit hard on issues this debate. TPP, Glass-Steagall, ObamaCare, etc. I think Clinton is going to try to make inroads into red states. :wtf:

The tax proposals of Trump an Clinton are sad for two separate reasons:

  • The tax breaks continue the trajectory of enriching the 1% (Trump)
  • The tax code continues to be a rube goldberg machine (Clinton & Trump)

Trump Tax Plan Seen Adding Jobs, Then Erasing Them Long-Term

  • Clinton’s tax plan would do the opposite, analysis finds
  • Wharton study is latest entry in ‘dynamic scoring’ debate

Donald Trump’s proposed tax plan could provide a short-term boost to the economy before costing more than 690,000 jobs over a decade, while Hillary Clinton’s plan could send job-creation in the opposite direction -- first down, then up, according to a new policy report.

The main reason for the differing outcomes is the plans’ effects on the federal debt, according to the analysis by economists and computer engineers at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania -- which didn’t consider the candidates’ spending proposals. Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, proposes tax cuts for businesses and individuals, while Clinton, the Democratic nominee, calls for tax increases on the highest earners.

While Trump’s plan stimulates more growth and jobs “in the very short run, it under-performs both current policy and Clinton within a decade, due to higher debt,” a synopsis of the report says. Success for the Trump plan “hinges critically on finding substantial cuts to government spending down the road,” according to the synopsis. In a “worst-case scenario,” Trump’s tax plan might slow U.S. job creation by as many as 692,000 jobs by 2027, said Kent Smetters, the director of the Wharton economic-modeling group.

Then Clinton should call for an IQ test before the debate.
I understand why Trump says this. Clinton does appear to tire very fast. Her weight gain around her lower extremity is a sign of more than just eating at fancy Washington/NY restaurants. And, she walks tenderly. Not just a sign of vertigo, but something else...

On the other hand, Trump looks like he has ADHD and is on cocaine. Has anyone every seen Trump in jeans or shorts? The guy probably golfs in his suit. What a stiff.

I hear that Trump is a germophobe. If he wins, is he going to wear gloves when he shakes hands with world leaders. Or will he used the fist shake? :fistbump:

Will he bring in his own maids to wipe down the WhiteHouse? :wtf:

Seriously, it is my honest opinion. I am no doctor not even by a long-shot. But something is not right with her.

Maybe that is just her normal gate and I haven't payed attention before. Or maybe I will eat my words when I am 70.
