The country that handles very responsibly the threats against their schools is France.
One has to remember that few decade ago, a shooting of school kids already took place,
so experiences about how to protect schools were learned.

Care to post some references? I don't remember that every last policeman and gendarme was placed at every school in France in September. How is that even logistically possible? Do you know how many policemen are on active duty in France and how many schools there are in France?
