Do you follow Lawrence beyond his free blog updates?

Not sure how long you been around (you may have had a prior nick), but LC was quite actually active on ET in the past and even posted quite a bit in the ES Journal. Very nice guy. I picked up some interesting stuff from him when I was first starting out. He had a free trading room, but everything is behind a paywall now it seems.

I seem to recall him being a bit of a doom-and-gloom kind of guy back in the day. Suggesting the financial system as we knew it would break down completely. I'll stand corrected if I recall incorrectly.

I read posts by LC before, yes indeed, very nice knowledgeable man. I took onboard his suggestions about value in 50% of range and NFP run ups, as well as some others.

I don’t subscribe to his premium services though, I find enough gems from free posts from others I follow like Oscar Carboni, Nadeem Walayat, to name just a few. LC is mainly a short term trader, daytrader, so his premium service likely not going to be that advantageous to me.
 
AAPL potential double top.
NVDA earnings on Wednesday, overpriced as in FOMO mode now, ought to drop about 20% following earnings.
Weighing combined 18% NDX and 9.6% SPX.
 
Weird day thanks to fake news. Bought the Open on Sunday at 93.50 and had a limit at 22.75. Unbelievably, the market reversed 1 point shy and went all the way back to my breakeven entry at 93.50 as I was at work and couldn't manage the position otherwise. Only watching helplessly through TradingView.

Let's see if we can bounce here off the Open. 4230.
 
Bounced off the Open, but stalling at Thursday's Close for the 3rd time today. Bullish above 4205 and bullish if we dip below and snap back up as well.

I would guess 4230 or more, although there is the chance today will be a consolidation day. I don't think we'll sell off / make a new LOD today, but I may easily be wrong... :)

Any other views?
 
Dip buyers lurking at the Open and that 4200 level. Only weak bounces for now, though.

I wouldn't worry as an intraday long unless we give up 4205 and see some downside momentum. So far this is just noisy lunch trading.

However, it's very much possible we have the day range already, so it's a tough call as we may end up going nowhere by the Close.
