Even if Biden drops out and delegates pick a new candidate all hell is going to break loose as Harris would think she is clearly the heir apparent as VP and would go absolutely ape shit if they don't pick her but the delegates and everyone else knows she would lose just as bad or worse than Biden.
Right now, Trump has a winning record in these court cases. The rest never made it to the point where they were decided as they were politically rejected.
