Plenty of goodies being handed out these days at both the local and national level as the election approaches. Gotta keep that Dem brand flag flying.

In a related matter, Newsom out there running around for president/Plan B. California 70 billion deficit. Never enough goodies for him. Free health care for Venezuelan prisoners and MS13, starting the minute they cross the border in CA.

Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser distributed thousands of dollars to low-income moms with no strings attached as part of an "equitable economic recovery strategy" to offset the costs of childcare. In at least one case, the taxpayer dollars were used to fund a lavish trip to Miami.

The question is not where you will vote, it is what if those independents drop off then the margin falls in most states within the margin of error which makes it somewhat even or better said somewhat murky and grey.

Biden's age can never be a real issue when you have another old fuck running against him. They are 4 years apart and trump will take the office at the age people were already saying Biden was too old.

So the polls tip towards trump but in the bigger picture when we get to the summer, it will still probably be within 1-3% to even.

ONE THING.... when citing a poll you have to cite the data/margin of error.

In the recent Quinnipiac polls on all those issues this is the bottom disclaimer:

1,421 self-identified registered voters nationwide were surveyed from February 15th - 19th with a margin of error of +/- 2.6 percentage points. The survey included 576 Republican and Republican leaning voters with a margin of error of +/- 4.1 percentage points and 624 Democratic and Democratic leaning voters with a margin of error of +/- 3.9 percentage points.

Uh oh. I had said that Fani and LoverBoy would skate based on the limited testimony and skimpy confirmation of some financial allegations, conflicting witnesses etc.

BUTTTTTTTTTTT............looks like there are new facts so I am retracting that statement now. Fani and LoverBoy are flat out fucking with perjury now. Not that they were not before but there was no paper trail or geolocation records to prove it. That has changed, apparently.

And yes Dems, we get that you have to argue that this cell phone data was generated by a Trump investigator. Fine. Not as sure as you are that it makes the data go away though. But there is a hearing and the veracity and credibility of the witnesses can be probed and they can say whatever they want. No problem. I look forward to it. Loverboy might be able to show a valid reason for being in Fani's neighborhood - other than to see Fani. Fine. Make your case.

Classic case of a trial where the prosecutor becomes the issue and is a distraction. You can argue that Trump and the other defendants want her removed but why in hell would the prosecution/state want her now?

All that matters is who is leading in the majority of the last 10-12 polls.



In Feb 2008 Obama was ahead in 10 of the last 12 polls.Obama won the popular vote in November.

Although not as good as approval ratings national aggregate polling is excellent in predicting the popular vote winner.It is not good in predicting the exact margin of the popular vote winner.While I post Trump + 5 etc I pay zero attention to how many points a poll has a candidate ahead or margin of error etc,all that matters is who is ahead in most of the recent polls.
 
Fani says she gonna 'splain all this and make it go away. As I said, go for it.

Problem is that even if she splains it, it is - at a minimum- another round of circus acts which add to the argument that she is too much of a distraction for the case.

So far, Loverboy is geolocated at Fani' house in evenings and the following mornings too in a timeframe when they both claimed that they were not in relationship. No need to persuade me. Talk to the man in Court.
