Well, I know I'm technically correct, thanks. But you watch, Cryer will behave just like the delusional lunatics we find in here. When asked about court cases that back what he's claiming, he'll give cases, etc. And I admittedly have no way to know what the fuck he's talking about, except in a few exceptions, like Brushaber, etc. ANd when he does quote them, he'll lie about what the decision in the case is about - he'll say that the decision affirms that the 16th gave no new taxing power, and therefore we can't be taxed, but neglect to mention that Brushaber LOST the case.
When you read about people who are in simple denial, you'll find that there is a disconnect between reality and what they believe. They simply have lost their mind. Shit, even Schiff introduced into evidence FROM HIS OWN PSYCHIATRIST that he was mentally disabled due to his prior involvement in a ponzi scheme and his subsequent bancruptcy. And the courts kinda said the same thing - they considered NOT convicting him due to his lack of self control, saying that he simply couldn't deal with the real world.....
All this said, I agree TOTALLY about limiting the power of Congress to impose taxes. I've read some of the Federalist Papers, and others from that time period, and agree that they had lotsa reservations. It's just that i feel that these tax protestor's time could be better spent elsewhere - like fighting for LOWERING our taxes. In my view, these ridiculous arguments just take the limelight away from where the real struggle should be. Crazy accusations from delusional personalities like these just takes away any possible rational arguments that others will make......
