should i start gloating now? poor deadbear, he was counting on you... i have decided not to make him pay up on the bet. instead, and this is his choice, i want him to go to IHOP and get the biggest stack of pancakes he can buy with 10 bucks in honor of the pancake man, teriaki. that is better than him sending me a mere ten spot.
i really felt sorry for the little guy last night. he was embarrassed because he had gone out on a limb to set things up... and he felt responsible for your no show. don't worry.. they went easy on him (i think).

Look Rat, I've made it clear what I think of this dude, namely that he's seriously delusional about his tax position.
You should read about some of his personal history - suffered depression and has been reprimanded by the Louisiana Bar Association, filed bancruptcy in '98......
The guy has some serious personal issues. Debating him would be a COLOSSAL waste of a nice evening.
Read the last para in my post to pattersb regarding Congress making laws anyways to counteract the highly improbable case of the SC ruling for a tax protestor. Don't you see where the whole argument is just tilting at windmills? The legal challenges have alwys lost. Time to move on and find a rational way to fight taxes........
