Alright. Let's stop right here and examine this. I won't be reading the rest your post beyond this since it is a non-starter.
You are trying to with the repetitive lefty tripe that attempts to spin the idea that republicans started this whole dossier thing so therefore they have no bitching rights about where it ended out.
NEGATORY.
It is true that the republicans or one of them - I can't remember which- hired FUSION-GPS to do oppo research on trump but then that ended as the person who sponsored it was beaten in the primary or whatever- anyway that effort ended. There was no Steele there to do a "Steele report" at that time. Yes, Glen Simpson the owner of Fusion/GPS was there. And when Hillary wanted to pick up on the Trump oppo research that Fusion had previously been doing Hillary became a client of Fusion- that would have been late Spring of 2016. Glen Simpson then hired a spy friend/associate who had contacts in the UK and Russia to work on Hillary's oppo research and some russian/uk angles. In no way, was Steele there or working on any early phases of any "dossier" during the time when Fusion was being paid by republicans. So stop spinning that tripe.
To compound matters, the FBI offered to pay Fusion/Steele to do even more oppo work so that they could use it against Trump. Nothing like having the state goons helping to fund oppo research or - the other way round-having political opponents provide the basis for a fisa warrant and then it is no verified.
If you want to get persnickity, I am aware that the fbi technically never paid steele, and the libs like to say that. The truth is that the fbi authorized a payment, and then even cut a check, but it was withheld and not issued when Buzzfeed broke the dossier story and they tried to duck. Not pretty.
