You can choose either the STP or STPLMT for the trigger - its in the settings - and your preference will be "remembered" for each symbol.

I dont know but I havent had a problem with ESTX or YM yet with BT - probably its because I dont use the "new" features they are putting in their newer API's unless it is necessary (No problems with the old versions).

Who's going to post a screenshot of their analysis of the 09:40 - 11:30 trade today (June 16)? It's not my intention to carry this thread all on my own. C'mon ....!

If you're 100% applying all the rules but maybe discretion and four market analysis, would have caused you to drop one rule. Anyone?

I'm trading with the YM, ES and NQ, so anything I might post would be WAY off topic. But you're right about handing the ball over to somebody else, at least for the day to day.
 
Took 5 off of ES so far and still have some open. See attached. Entered at 995, my initial stop was 993 took 1st profit at 1000. Offering 1005 or stop at 1002.5 for the rest. Once locked a profit at 1000 I felt that I wanted to leave some open rather than take the full chunk as you propose. Otherwise I followed your trading plan. Sorry don't have estx and dax on this printout. Too much hassel to combine the two files as I'm getting my eurex data from the IB feed. DAX didn't really help on this one anyway. Was consolidating in a bull flag and had yet to bo when I took this one on ES.

Also can you post the guidlines for getting quotes on the European markets? I would like to start following them but have had some trouble figuring out the symbols.
 
the above was for the 9:40-11:00am forgot to mention the euro open. I did trade 3-5am but saw not setup that I was willing to take.

looks like I got my 1005 :)

45 es points on 6 lot. I'm done for the day.
