I've been to 42 countries not including airports as I counted last year. I've been to a fair amount of the US, a lot by car and train. A lot of my family are in the US, we were early movers starting about 1655 I believe. It is big, very pretty in places but what else would it be? It was big and pretty before we got there. A lot of things got big in the US simply because the place is big, up-scaling was required but that is different from greatness.

Over sold and under delivered is what I feel when I'm there.

I like the US generally, just I'm not a zombie fanboy.

42 countries in a year? That's an average of 1 country every 8 1/2 days. That's completely exhausting to try and see that many countries in 1 year.

Only thing I've ever heard Trump lie about is maybe his crowd size, or something completely meaningless like if it's the hottest day it's ever been or some shit like that that isn't really a lie, just a typical over exaggeration.

sadly for the folks that want this, and fortunately as far as I'm concerned, they live in country with one somewhat democratic body, the U.S. Senate, that everything in the way of legislation has to pass through. When the folks that think this way become a majority, let's hope they never do, they can expect better odds of getting their way. Right now they are not even a plurality. And thank god for that!

While a majority may favor less immigration, even that's unclear, because most folks may want illegal immigration stopped but not necessarily less immigration. And it is very clear that a majority of the population don't want those who have lived here many years and are contributors to society deported, even if they are here illegally.
