Its day two TheMan. He got out of the hole on his own. YES I will say good job. Also these guys are not kids. Average age in our program is 39. They are adults. They make their own decisions. We don't hold hands. We give them a boundary and a evaluation period. If they violate it they are the only one to blame (ie. instilling discipline). Next time hopefully he will know if he has nothing left in the tank when he is in the hole to shut it down before the loss limit.
Those that play close to the loss limit eventually hit it. My advice to him is be careful and trade your plan WITH discipline. If that is his plan then fine, lets continue to see that plan unfold in the next 8 trading days he chooses.

ps. teaching wise we have trading classes everyday for one hour. If a recruit chooses to take these are entirely up to them. Again we provide many tools to see who utilizes what they need to get better.

If cooltraderdude successfully passes the Combine we are funding him! That is the simple part. We do it almost twice a week at TopstepTrader.

Look to be honest... No... I'm not trying to pass it... But I'm trading as best I can these days. I don't think that I could pass it even if I brought my best game and had my best days... I think my trading days are behind me. I don't trade much anymore and I have a night job these days. In fact, I haven't traded much in the last two years. Michael has been very honest and straightforward and TST has put themselves on the line here. Let's give them credit for that. There's nothing wrong with them as they are.
If I had a suggestion it would be...
SUGGESTION FOR TST:
Would a Combine on a 1 month time limit be better...? Instead of 10 trading days... 1 month... trading whenever you feel like it...?

I mean i just cannot even find any words to say anything about this.
This is a total cluster &*^*&^.
I have a good read of the market overall... But no ability to play it right...
My two shorts got stopped out... I was expecting short... Market showed suprising resilience. Changed my mind after that.... Went long... Here comes the freaking short... I stop out again... Down -$465.00 for the day.
You cut your losses you lose on the big moves.... You don't cut your losses you lose big.
Hard to beat a negative sum game at 50/50...
No hardware issues here... Just piss poor trading on my part.
