Those charts actually don't tell the whole story. Outside the Deep South, blacks tend to be concentrated in urban areas, typically in government housing project slums. Those areas show up as hot spots of violent crime.

On a side note, I have NEVER heard anyone speak of diversity in Canada. They are probably whiter then Norway now.

Blacks make up 2.5% of the Canadian population. But there seems to be a "little bit" of a problem with black incarceration there.

But yeah, there is a lot of diverse "white groups" there. There are white people. Really white people. Really really white people. White people with dark hair. White people with slight tans. All sorts of diversity! Sounds like a liberal's paradise!!!
