If he stays amid controversy, his number one priority needs to be election integrity for the security of the nation for decades to come. So long as he is genuinely occupied with the discovery, through a trusted process, who is legitimately elected, he has every right, as well the duty to act as chief executive. Even if this means another election for his position.
