Possibly state legislators send electors that perpetuate the fraud. In which case i would expect Trump to stay. Perhaps he should leave if one elector from each state shows up in the federal House with negative results. But even then, he should never concede without an election re-do that everyone can finally trust. Leaving Beijing Biden with an *asterisk.
You seem to be unaware that it takes a 2/3rds majority Senate vote to remove a president.
Oh yah, i forgot about that. All the more reason Trump should stay. He should only leave if 2/3 the Senate thinks he should go.
Saying Beijing Biden won most votes in history, more than Obama, while hiding in his basement, stumbling over words, anointed by the DNC (not the real winner of the primaries) , and unable to draw a crowd... does not make it a fact.
What is a fact is election fraud taken to a higher level this year than any year in history.

Not sure what you mean. The states are where the fraud happened. Thats ok for their own mayors. Not ok for federal elections as it affects all other peoples in the honest states.
