for it to be argumentum ad populum I would have to be making a fallacious argument and appealing to the whole world as if to say that makes it true.
1. it is not fallacious. comey told the world of her crimes and then he created an improper intent element to explain why he did not want to see her prosecuted.
2. I was not appealing to the whole world to make it true... I was saying that it was a waste of time for me to have to argue with you because the whole world already knows she is a crook and a traitor.

Again, what is the crime here? Receiving unsolicited unmarked information is not a crime otherwise a lot of people including Powell and Rice would be in jail. She was an OCA, for everything she generated and within her department, she had the absolute authority to determine classification, this is like saying Trump is a criminal for giving Russians classified info, he had the power to do so and Hillary had the same power for everything generated within the state department.
I sure hope that if I am ever prosecuted or investigated by the justice department for anything that I can petition the court for change of venue and have my case heard out on the tarmac.
Also good is if you are a democrat who has been nominated to be the democratic party's nominee (ie. Killary) that the person assigned- by comey- that would be McCabe- has a wife who receives a 720k donation for her congressional race- from the democratic party- while the investigation is in progress.
Also good is when Hillary states- right while the investigation is in progress- that if she is elected she will consider re-appointing Loretta the Tarmac Queen. And of course if Hillary is not exonerated then Loretta has no job. Yeh, no confllict there.
