Comey the Clown: Lock him up!!

Hahaha, when the evidence of collusion they have been demanding does show up, it's bad news for Hillary!!

Can't make this shit up.

We don't need a special counsel for Comey.

Just a basic criminal case based on the facts or alleged facts as known already. The grand jury can decide whether it is sufficient for indictment or not.

Oh, I see. If your best bud is special counsel you might want to see if you can get your case assigned to his process. Nice.

Appointed by Deputy AG, who was nominated by...wait for it...Trump.

Correct. And Mueller is disqualified from being special counsel due to conflict of interest regardless of who appointed him. I know that comes as a surprise to you because as a political hack you feel or believe that all thinking should be traced back to a candidate that they support. Not so but definitely so for some here. There is a robo-poster here working for the dem party as either a volunteer or a paid person who absolutely has never expressed any thought independent of the talking points he gets in the email every week that are supposed to be worked into the forum at some point- in order to get his extra potato in his rations for the month.

The article States that Comey marked some of his memos as containing classified information. I doesn't say all the memos, and there in no indication he gave classified information to anyone unauthorized to receive it. In fact it states that he specifically prepared a memo devoid of any classified information that he later gave to his attorney friend to intentionally leak. Nothing will come of this, just as nothing will come of Clinton's injudicious use of a personal server. Not because they are being let off the hook, but because in Comey's case there is no illegality, and because in Clinton's case, precedent suggests prosecution would be unsuccessful.

It doesn't matter, this is about attacking Comey's credibility and deflecting away from the collusion story, just like how Trumps attorney called Comey a liar and how they would file a complain against him but then did nothing.

Thank you. That perfectly makes my argument.

A party to the SF 312, SF 189, or SF 189-A may be liable for disclosing "classified information" only if he or she knows or reasonably should know that: (i) the marked or unmarked information is classified, or meets the standards for classification and is in the process of a classification determination; and (ii) his or her action will result, or reasonably could result in the unauthorized disclosure of that information. In no instance may a party to the SF 312, SF 189 or SF 189-A be liable for violating its nondisclosure provisions by disclosing information when, at the time of the disclosure, there is no basis to suggest, other than pure speculation, that the information is classified or in the process of a classification determination.

You forgot to underline this: "and is in the process of a classification determination" [italics mine]
English is a bitch!

the irony. the reason why comey ran a blocking scheme for hillary and staff was exactly that.
precedence... not the word you meant to use.

How many times have I told you, you never get the law correct.
