In part because the crooked SOB Comey gave Mills and others immunity and then let them destroy the evidence.

This is so unprecedented for a head prosecutor... it had to have been crooked.

The DOJ may or may not be doing something about it. We don't know as far as I have read.

Total Bullshit, how is Cheryl Mills own laptop evidence of 'crime' (in this case mishandling classified information), and giving immunity to low level aides to get them to talk against their bosses is routine.

You keep missing the point that the President of the United States was a party to that meeting and Comey has to submit all information and notes to the Justice Department for others to determine what is classified. Not just decide for himself whether anything in the meeting was classified. Duh.

In addition, Comey the Clown was bound by his non-disclosure agreement with the FBI which covered everything- regardless of whether it was classified or not- until such time as he requested permission from the government to use it for personal purposes.

LOL, totally made up BS, DOJ doesn't have any role to play in determination of classification, in case of a dispute, the head of the CIA or DNI resolves it.

privilege does not extend to cover ups of crimes.
illegal classified info would not be protected.

a lawyer would have to work with a judge to find ways to protect the privileged and legal info from the illegal classified info.
