I didn't say it was no big deal. I said that Trump isn't a criminal just because there were two settlements in criminal cases. You can say what he did is criminal, but if the law doesn't call it criminal, then it is just your opinion.
I believe it should be criminal to close schools on kids and isolate them at home. Unfortunately there is no law against such action. So its not criminal.

What Trump did with his foundation and phony university was illegal. Trump is a crook.

If what Trump did was illegal, a crime would be charged against Trump and Trump would be indicted. It was a civil settlement. This isn't the same thing. This is why you can think this way but it doesn't matter what you think.

As for court rulings, you're referring to civil suits because that is what Trump had against him. As for whether it is fraud or criminal, no cases have been brought against Trump that were criminal, and no cases were brought against Clinton that were criminal.
