Excuse me. No, these cases went to court and had rulings. Trump university is a fraud case Trump settled and Trump Foundation is a misuse of charitable funds (Self dealing) case that was also settled.

The opinion part comes in saying he is a crook. In regards to the Charity, there was a settlement for the "improper use of funds". This is not a criminal case against Donald Trump.
The Clinton Charity foundation is known to have settled many claims in the past as well. Are they crooks because of this?
The Trump university case is another civil suit brought against the university. A settlement was reached.
Both of these are facts, just like the fact that Medicare pays more for COVID patients and COVID deaths is also a fact.
Where you make the leap is saying Trump is a crook/criminal. It is quite possible he is. But this is your opinion.
