Can't avoid the mathematical reality

So glad I put that tool on ignore. I equate him with c-kid/cold. Never has anything but propaganda and trolling.

That was my favorite bullshit quote from that idiot.
Wait a sec... who do you have on ignore, exGOPer?

Muahahaha...

If you thought increased premiums and higher deductibles were the last of your Obamacare worries, think again. Your local government may be hit with higher healthcare costs too, and could result in higher property taxes and other financial headaches across the country.

In Sullivan, Indiana, Obamacare is presenting a 40% increase to the city’s healthcare costs; and city officials are struggling to find a way to make it work.

I am involved in the IT side of business and keep a close eye on network stuff.

With 1.1 million registrations (max) the first week which was followed by a 88% plunge in traffic (our stats show over a 90% plunge BTW) - Obamacare will not make it's goal of signing up 7 million individuals to make the system finanical feasible (according to the CBO). With a converstion rate of 0.384% (even if this increased towards 15% of existing registrants per week selecting a policy with 300,000 new registrants per week added), Obamacare is likely to sign up at most 2.85 million people total for policies by the deadline for 2014 coverage, but under 1.5 million sign-ups for policies is a more likely nominal figure.

This is ignoring the technical issues with the website.

That may be a new record for mis-information. I think it is.

So an insurance company forced to take on unhealthy people will not need to raise premiums on everyone to cover the cost? Let me know how that works out. A heathcare system ill equiped to see more patients will suddenly become efficient? Must be magic at work.
All the guy is saying is that you can't put more people into a system that isn't ready to accept those millions more people, without suffering the consequences which are obvious to anyone with even a day of business experience.

They're also forced to take on healthy people.

Yeah, and healthy people have much LOWER health care expenses. And in the US we continue to see an increase in fat and obese people. Ever go to a restaurant, mall or airport and look around. Men and women both in XXXL tee shirts because they are so damn fat. Not being judgmental but it's a very, very high probability that these slobs have health issues. Very few of these people have real conditions that don't allow them to lose weight. Most slobs CHOSE to be that way. Plenty have opportunity to be on America's BIGGEST Loser or whatever that show is called. These people should not pay the same as a healthy person.

If you have speeding tickets and accidents and I don't and we're the same age you will either (a pay higher premiums than I or (b) not even get coverage offered to you. Health insurance should be the same. If you CHOOSE to be irresponsible and CHOOSE to abuse your body the 2 above options should be what you have to deal with (higher rates or no policy).

And what's your point? We'll still have millions more people wanting more expensive procedures in an already broken system. Tell me how this works out that premiums will go down, or even stay the same, and tell me how the service we'll all receive won't get worse.
The ACA, anything but afforable to the working poor, does absolutely nothing to address the rising cost of healthcare. Heatlhcare costs will continue to rise. Consequently so will health insurance. It's simple arithmetic. Simple business. And why wouldn't an employer off load his people on to the government? That's simple business too. Add to that the fact that the goverment just isn't ready to process all these people, and it's the government we're talking about. Perpetual fuck ups on everything they touch. No way this turns out well.
