Really? The Johnson kid already admitted to being in the video. So his holding a cigar would be considered proof? The absence of which means...?
None of that matters. The kid was in police custody, unarmed. He wasn't mace'd, he wasn't pepper sprayed, he wasn't tazed, he wasn't held down by four or five cops and choked to death, he was shot dead.
Not according to what I've seen on the news.
Let's try to remain conscious here. My last was in response to BSAM's questions.

I don't come down on an ideological side on this one.
Nothing I've read resolves my primary question. How does an unarmed person get a whole clip shot into them?
But I'm conflicted by my upbringing.
Where I am from if you shove a cop you are going to be on your knees staring into the barrel of a large handgun immediately and your existence going forward from that moment depends on the level of compliance and supplication you exhibit until that gun is holstered. Fact.
It has nothing to do with white or black at that point.

There is a select group here that will make every effort to find fault with the dead guy. But that doesn't mean that one can't post stuff that might be of interest to others.
This is becoming the equivalent of the Trayvon Martin case. As more and more facts come out it turns out the youth is not an innocent victim.

Noting Al Sharpton seeking to involve himself in the proceedings, Arenas took to Instagram to launch an attack on Sharpton, using racially insulting language and asserting that "the racism fight has never been #blackvswhite, it's always been #blackvsblack."
Arenas began by paying respect to the decedent and then castigating the black community:
