Breaking: PHOTOS RELEASED of Suspect Michael Brown ROBBING STORE Before Shooting

Was he attempting to grab the cops sidearm? We have no clue. The cop says so. The guy is certainly not the guy as portrayed by the media.
Thats right, he was just a young man visiting his grandma. Who was probably the local meth dealer.

I'd seriously like to get a spot check of Al Sharptons dna. I have a theory.

The unverifiable account is that the cop (car) was so close to both perps that when he opened his door it struck them and they pushed it closed abruptly pushing the cop back into the car. The cop took exception to this and started to pull his gun when the victim then attempted to take possession of the gun by entering the car and assaulting the officer. When the cop managed to get his gun out and get a shot off in the car the victim then ran away. Apparently the cop exited his car and unloaded on the fleeing perp when he did not comply with commands to stop and get on the ground.

As previously noted, when you are a man of exceptional size you have to exhibit a higher level of passivity during encounters with the police. If you are suspected of having robbed a business just a few minutes earlier you need to know that you are going to be treated like an armed robber until the cops can determine you are not armed.

Big guys make cops nervous. I've experienced it myself.

"Tennessee vs. Garner:

The SCOTUS held that under the Fourth Amendment, when a law enforcement officer is pursuing a fleeing suspect, he or she may use deadly force only to prevent escape if the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others."

Who says he was "fleeing"? Though he most likely will have been by the next bulletin. And there are those Magic Negro Thought Waves.

Idiot, I posted the ruling. I never stated he was fleeing. Nor am I commenting on probable cause. I don't know any more than you do, regardless of your assertions to the contrary.

Sorry. I thought you were posting it because you thought it was somehow pertinent.

Haha. Yes, it's pertinent. Holder's case against the officer will hinge on TN vs. Garner. The forthcoming civil suit will also be impaired (or not) by this precedent.

So can we assert with some confidence that Michael Brown was NOT shot for J-walking on his way to bible-study at the 7th-day Adventist church?

Please note that the kid isn't dead. This may be because the cop knows how to use a gun, and even though this was the first time he'd had to shoot somebody, he did it correctly.

More likely the cop can't shoot for shit. Cops are trained/drilled to shoot someone in the center of body - the chest - in order to stop them, not aim for a leg or shoulder.
