When you are holding a deadly weapon and someone of that stature is charging you, the first thought that has likely already crossed your mind a thousand times is "What if I lose the weapon in a struggle?"

Think of it like this- if you are holding a hand gun and a 200 lb black bear is within 6 or 8 feet of you, and decides to charge, are you going to stop with one shot, Or are you going to unload your weapon?

If it turns out Brown made a charge or lunge, then not you or anyone can blame or judge the officer for his actions.

If it turns out Brown made a charge or lunge, then for others to make it about race is a distraction from the real lesson which should be learned.

This may be more in line with that Cop Shoots Rottweiler story a while back that Maxi posted.

This is Treygone Martin all over again. The exact same plot and maneuvering by the black grievance industry. To a tee.

They won't let it play out like the last time, however. "Mistakes" that they made last time letting the truth get out won't happen this time.

Officer Wilson is not going to be judged not guilty. Period. All the forces will align and see to it.

I agree with most of your commentary. However I think when all the evidence comes out Officer Wilson will not be found guilty of anything -- despite the best efforts of the federal government to convict him of a crime. This case will be a lot more clear-cut then the Martin / Zimmerman situation.

Finally the governor of the state is wising up and called out the national guard. The store owners are demanding that they start using live ammo on looters. I expect one good night of violent national guard response will immediately end future looting and rioting.
