The Army already has about 600K troops. Couldn't the Border Patrol + whatever number of military troops needed be committed to the border? (They'll probably think so AFTER a massive 9/11 type attack which occurs because Odumbo allowed Jihadists to freely enter over the southern border.)

And for this situation, the militias are ALLOWED under US Constitution, to protect the border. That includes using firearms to protect the border.
