Border Patrol and Law Enforcement Upset At Militias At Southern Border

This is beyond rich. The Border Patrol is upset and warning of dangers...not from illegal immigrants and mexican cartels but from patriotic Americans who have gone to the border as part of militia efforts to stem the tide. They are supposedly afraid the militias will get in their way or---get this, they actually said it--violate the civil rights of illegals. How about our fucking rights? To a secure border, which is just about the most basic responsibility of any government. Liberals and the pro amnesty crowd call that "militarizing" the border, as if that is a bad thing.

The comments to the article above are priceless. My favorite is one that said the Border Patrol didn't have to worry about encountering militias, because the militias would likely be at spots where illegals were crossing.

These militias are not violating any laws. Most are there at the invitation of ranchers and land owners, who live in constant fear and have had their property and livelihood destroyed by this invasion while the government hands out water and plane tickets. Last time I checked, Obama was in a White House surrounded by a high fence and many armed guards. I guess he is ok with "militarizing" the White House.

1. Set up machine gun crossfires along the border

2. Shoot trespassers DOWN LIKE DOGS!

3. After about 10-20,000 illegals get capped, they'll get the idea, "we should stay away from America's border"..

"They" tell us, "impossible to seal the border". HOGWASH, I say.

1. Station an armed sentry every 175 yards = 10/mile.

2. 2,000 miles of border x 10/mile = 20,000 guards.

3. 4 shifts of 20K guards each + 1 shift of "rotating reserve" = 100,000 guards/troops.

The Army already has about 600K troops. Couldn't the Border Patrol + whatever number of military troops needed be committed to the border? (They'll probably think so AFTER a massive 9/11 type attack which occurs because Odumbo allowed Jihadists to freely enter over the southern border.)

Not particularly. Should be ALL AMERICANS' POSITION! America's borders should be PROTECTED FROM ALL TRANSGRESSORS. We already have an avenue for entering this county legally.
