I was interested to see that the court laid a good foundation for its jurisdiction. Apparently the plaintiff is qualified as an "elector" under the statute therefore qualified to bring suit.
Note... no heartbreak is possible with me. If Obama wins the suit, good for him. good for us. if he does not that is the problem...
I do not see him getting elected anyway. We have already suffered through 4 years of economic destruction... is anyone with a job really going to vote for 4 more?
People with jobs and professions realize that it took many years, ( some think this situation started with Nixon) to get us in this boat, and it will take a minimum of two terms to get us out.
So, Obama will keep his job.
The wildcard will be Paul. If he pulls off the GOP nomination, then all bets are off.

People with jobs and professions realize that when the govt has 15 trillion in debt and makes up 40% of gdp, you can't fix our debt problems by spending more. For instance obama just proposed an increase in wages for Federal workers. Already making a fortune.

Nope, this will be an election decided by swing states.
Currently, I think, there are like ten swing states. The mission of the GOP is to find the candidate that win those swing states.
The GOP has to find someone who will win Ohio, and Florida. Or some similar combination. Right now, they have no such candidate.
