I realize the obama loons are out attacking in full force because they must be stunned... a judge is hearing this case in Georgia where Orly Taitz got smacked down previously.

And note... this judge explained why the court has jurisdiction... and this is just for the primary ballot...

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of president. A president must:
be a natural born citizen of the United States;[38]
be at least thirty-five years old;
have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

What evidence will the court demand?
How will the court define NBC?

I wonder what happens when people contest Obama eligibility for the national election.

All these Obama loons going nuts... it should be fun.

I was interested to see that the court laid a good foundation for its jurisdiction. Apparently the plaintiff is qualified as an "elector" under the statute therefore qualified to bring suit.

Note... no heartbreak is possible with me. If Obama wins the suit, good for him. good for us. if he does not that is the problem...
I do not see him getting elected anyway. We have already suffered through 4 years of economic destruction... is anyone with a job really going to vote for 4 more?
