Best book on Lifting

That guy probably looks good/fit for a living. I would have to work too hard to look like that. As I said, the way that Christian Bale looks in BBs is ok for me, since that just looks like a guy that is fit and isn't posing with his shirt off.

People with ripped abdomens probably spend too much time in the gym, imo.

Bale is pretty ripped too. You must get really lean to look like him or that model.

Crazy as it sounds, I'm sure she is (even) way more attractive in person, as in having a personality (not her fictional character's), not just a pretty face to get lost in.

Be careful, you are showing signs of being a man with taste, being interested in the total woman and not her body parts, and although your crush is not as obvious as mine....

She is an ardent supporter of animal rights. That alone would have us locked in conversation for hours on end, with me trying not to be so obviously shifting my glance between her eyes and her lips.

Very strong workout, just a shade under 500 calos burned. I felt like I could go forever, but had to stop because I had an apointment. So I did not get a chance to lift either. I will do the lifting on Sunday instead. Monday the gym closes early so I won't be going.

Still at 182 lbs, but fat seems to be coming off my belly area now en-masse. Thank gawd, I thought it would never happen. I am 80% of the way to looking decent in clothes (I look good in them now by the only metric that counts, the opposite sex, but I have higher standards for myself), and about nine months from more ambitious goals.

My legs are getting too thin - I need to start worrying about them.
