Another strong workout today. While it is now a walk in the park for me to burn 425 calories in one hour on the treadmill running/walking, I was reduced to walking though today - I think I pulled a groin muscle. Ugh. I was careful warming up and everything. I did the workout anyway, tenderly walking. It is so easy to give yourself an excuse to stop. I think unless you are doubled over in pain, work through it and accustom your body to having to deal with pain and stress. As soon as this groin thing goes away, I am going to take my treadmill to the next level - do in one hour what I did in two just three weeks ago.
The lifting also went well. Funny, the smoking hot woman was there again running like crazy, making everyone else look like they are standing still. She then goes and does 50 perfect military style pushups and doesn't even breath. The woman is an alien I tell you. The head trainer strained a neck muscle, I think from looking at her ass while trying to do heavy lifting, and I think I pulled a groin muscle just thinking about her ass.
Still at 182, but I would not be surprised if I gained some weight now that I am lifting again.
