Third, I don't know what the current debate is with the guest visas and how it relates to illegal immigrants. But maybe, just maybe they don't want to increase the work/guest worker visas because the current quota is just fine??? Hmmm.... Nah, it has to be racist!!!!!!! Right mahram?!
I also think they should take away the auto right to citizenship when someone is born on US soil because of all the abuse. People fly all the way to the US just to have babies. It's an abuse that has to stop.

Here's my concern with increasing the guest worker program. Right now when someone's visa expires and they don't go home we don't do a damn thing, maybe we actually catch and deport less than 5%. What is going to happen when Pepe doesn't want to go back to Mexico.?He just moves and we can't track him down, so now we have another illegal immigrant in our country. That being said, can we round up 11-20 million and ship them back, a logistical nightmare. We should militarize the damn border though.
This sanctuary BS has to stop. Cops should have the right when pulling someone over for a violation to ask someone what their status is if their is a question.
Do illegal immigrants fill a void, absolutely. I am just not sure if the costs to the social services system is worth it. Are most of them good people, that work hard, absolutely. When I go down to Mexico for vacation I am aware that I have almost none of my American protections when I go there. The US doesn't need them, Corporate America wants them for cheap labor = higher profits.

My college Spanish teacher whom legally immigrated in the 50's from Mexico as a boy with his family said how stupid it is that we allow people born here to automatically become citizens. And he is a Mexican! Not to mention pregnant illegal aliens can receive better and free health care for their pregnant baby on my tax dollar, a stupid system we have indeed.

Your statement is almost totally built on catch phrases and no functional reality. I, and many like me, are not mad that they look different. We are mad at the ability for illegal behavior to be overlooked and tolerated because they put a few extra nickles into the economy. You can hire two Mexicans (or more) for the rate of one American in those low paying positions. Don't you know that when they become citizens, you'll have to pay them scale and cover insurance. Why not streamline the "Illegal Alien Arrest" Forms? Seems very simple to me! Since there are so many of them and they need to be fingerprinted on arrest anyway, it would be a prudent task to document and add them to the system at the same time. Or is it too demeaning to fingerprint and photograph them for legal violations also?

the problem is dand, then where do you stop with that law. How are you going to judge if people are citizen or not. If your great great grand father or mother were here illegally are you then strip of citizenship. Or if your mothers legal and your father or vice versa you are half an american. Or if your ancestors were slaves you should have your citizenship stripped. Those laws were created for a reason. To prevent the government from arbitrary determining people b/c of their color, race, ethinicity , and etc if they are citizens or not. And thats not the problem with illegals you cant get good enought healthcare, if you listened to clinton's everybody would have free healthcare.

Romik I thought america was the home of democracy. Thats why people come to the west for economic and religious freedoms. Its always the first generation of immigrants who are illegal or legal who have it the roughtest, and hardest to assimilate.
