Last night I took ZMA for sleep. Didn't do shit for sleep, but I am not sore today after yesterday's workout. This is the other supposed benefit of ZMA.

So yesterday I tried something different. After playing tennis I did the following:
1. I took a hot bath and massaged my leg muscles.
2. I sprayed Mg on my legs both before (1 hour) and after the bath.
3. I took extra (double the usual) Mg and Potassium, thus probably replenished the electrolytes.
Now this morning I feel pretty good, my legs are tired but no muscle soreness.
I guess this ends the baking soda experiment...
I highly recommend a bowl of strawberries, two bananas, vitamine C and an ice water bath followed by a good massage instead of Baking Soda.
- Baking Soda is very dangerous if you do not know the toxicity levels and the build-up over time on your digestive system.
