Appeals Court Rules Against Trump

Trump try to blame terrorism on the poor muslim countries. is to deflect from his business with rich muslim countries with direct association to terrorism. Very similiar to how some Americans blame and the hate to poor Americans for the housing crisis, and not look or blame to investment banks that create the AAA rated package of shit they sell all over the world.

You've nicely, and quite inadvertently, summarized the ups and downs of democracy -- maybe not your intention, but you've done it nevertheless.. We all know that the defect in democracy is that the majority doesn't always want what's best, but the majority always wants what they think is best. So an adjunct to democracy, and what makes it successful, is the loud voices of opposition, which sometimes takes to the street. The two elements together, i.e., majority rule and loud vociferous protest, result in the best form of government, once an adjustment for risk is included. What I man by that is that a benevolent dictatorship is, of course, the best, and certainly the most efficient, form of government, as long as risk doesn't enter into the picture. But risk does enter, so the best we can do is democracy combined with free speech.

For democracy, i.e. majority rule, to work well, it must be combined with free speech. Democracy and Free Speech in combination are not always wonderful, but always great! When a travesty results from majority rule, unfettered speech comes to the rescue, and vice versa.

Well I have to say you have alot more faith in the courts than i do, i saw one ruling after another under Obama go down the exact same way, all 4 liberal justices marching lockstep with Obama while it was up to the other 5 to determine which way they would vote.

The constitution, and rule of law mean nothing to them, they have explicitly stated this with the "living breathing document" B.S.

Do you really believe that the 4 liberal justices arent about to take their chance to stick it to Trump? IMO its a lock.
 
My opinion is Donald Trump really is not focus to where the terrorism is (funded). His focus is to just to profit. His focus is to make build his empire in the countries to accept him. He do not care of that countries support of,terrorism.

Even if that is true, why must The United States bring in many refugees?What is the reason that we must bring these people in? Germany and France as well as Sweden clearly have an increased amount of problems from their massive refugee in-flows. Are you willing to argue online against that?

We are talking about nations in Europe that historically lean left/socialist in modern times. Now the backlash from all of the problems created by refugees in those countries has stirred up a desire for right wing alternatives in their upcoming elections. Shouldn't Europe serve as an indicator for us? Or are you blind to the side effects of unchecked refugee immigration? Please virtue signal elsewhere snowflake.
