So now the liberal judges rule against the POTUS for trying to keep America safe!
It's only been 3 weeks since Trump took office and there's been a nonstop full-on assault against everything Trump by the media and Democrats.
This relentless liberal interference can't keep up. This won't end well
Wow, I just read it. Terrible opinion that essentially says the courts control immigration policy. One district court moron can tie up the entire DHS machinery to protect us from terrorists.

Wouldn't Obama just say "F' the court", and do what he wants anyway? And nobody would stop him?
Nope; last year exact same deal happened, ended in a tie @ SCOTUS and lower court decision remained.
It has to run its course through the system but ultimately the president has clear constitutional authority with regard to entry of non-citizens into the country. Trump must claim that constitutional authority even if it means defying a SCOTUS ruling.
Let them make their decision. Then let them try to enforce it.

I prefer the idea that he just halt all immigration for 6 months. Unless his homeland types that he appoints report they can full screen out the terrorists.
He should just reference their testimony and then he can start making exceptions as they report on each country.
