Appeals Court Rules Against Trump

So now the liberal judges rule against the POTUS for trying to keep America safe!

It's only been 3 weeks since Trump took office and there's been a nonstop full-on assault against everything Trump by the media and Democrats.
This relentless liberal interference can't keep up. This won't end well

Let's get rid of those damn democrats and the media too! I'm hoping that Trump just comes on TV and gives the finger to the damn appeals court, says "Fuck You so called Judges" and then moons everyone. That would be most appropriate, but it may be slightly too much to ask for. But we can at least look forward to the finger and an orange haired snarl.

This is a real shitty way to treat our President who has a pure heart and good intentions. It's deja vu all over again. Just like when young George had to kill all those Iraqis to build democracy, and we treated him like a piece of shit. All our President wants to do is help Ivanka sell a little jewellery while keeping us safe from terrorists, who are everywhere, and the immigrant murderers that are streaming across our borders to steal our jobs. And these damn so called judges are treating him like a piece of bleached shit.

Sure why not. The democrat party is useless. They want the people to have a say until what the people want is different than their own agenda, then they run to courts. Remember all those gay marriage votes they won. No you dont, because in every place the democrats put gay marriage to the ballot box, they lost bad. They were losing in the far right wing bastion of California. They couldnt pass it, because people didnt want it, so they ran to the courts. Very democratic.

The media? Seriously. The media we have is a complete joke. The media is good at producing articles that bash Trump and other stories about the Kardashians. Seriously, if Wolf Blitzer and the like, pulled a Tim Russert, the world would be a better a place.

At best its a 4-4 tie, everyone knows how the liberal justices will vote, so now its a matter of whether or not conservative ones will jump ship too.

Mr Trump said the aim of his executive order is to prevent terrorists from entering the US but not a single terrorist attacker on US soil has come from one of the seven, relatively poor countries whose citizens Mr Trump has banned for the past four decades.

Not one of the 9/11 attackers came from the seven banned countries but 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, with the rest from the UAE, Lebanon and Egypt.

I would not be certain of this. There are numerous technical issues with this case that have nothing to do with the underlying merits. Very easy for them to punt and overturn on some procedural ground. I believe the Court, even the highly politicized liberals on it, can appreciate that immigration policy cannot be run by the first district court judge who is reckless enough to apply a TRO to the entire country instead of to the parties before him.
