Don't feel bad - I too panicked and got out flat! Then it took the nice swift ride down to '01

This helped:
JUN HOUSING STARTS: 582K V 530KE (highest since Nov 2008); BUILDING PERMITS: 563K V 524KE (highest since Dec 2008)- Prior Housing Starts revised from 532K to 562K
sell Mortimer sell, sold after number got jammed by that program trying to keep ZN over 117 then 15K trade down the next four minutes whew! We'll see if we can get over and stay over 4% I still think the range of 4 to 3.25% could be in effect like the spooz range of 875 to 950 when one moves over or under that range then we get another leg up or down.

P.S. I was chatting on ET while you are making the big bucks. I tell you ET is nothing but trouble. But who has the discipline to work 5 days. Not me.
You need to teach us how to trade big trend days. I get too scared to join in. If I am already in I will get out with a relatively small profit. I can't ride them. I am told that few big trades make the traders month year etcâ¦. If thatâs the case I am doomed.
Also I am told that 70% or so of the time the market consolidates. If that is the case then maybe I have a shot.
dude I am not some guru no one has seen mkts like this. I have been trading for 7 years and have trouble in these mkts my boss has been trading since the mid 70's and no one has seen this $hit that has happened over the last year. (ZB up 30 handles in 4 weeks last fall when it used to have a 10 handle range in a year!)The curve is tough sometimes the ten year goes up or down 30-40 ticks and comes back and sometimes it doesn't just try not to get run over and when you are happy with your profit for the day get out or let a few run not an easy trade that's for sure. The cash market doesn't really trade the bid and offer a lot these days it just sweeps 3-5 ticks just crazy.
