No, Clinton was allowed to call HIS tapes his own, he CREATED them so he owned them - a pentagon document on Iran is NOT Trump's personal document.

If a President can call any document as personal, then there is nothing secret, he can publish nuclear codes and say its his personal code.

That's not how any of this works.

But the way this judge ruled, that's exactly what would be acceptable. Clinton's tapes had tons of classified info on them.

But that's not the only charge, there is charge of intentionally leaking and holding classified information plus an attempt to obstruct an investigation, asking employees to destroy evidence and asking them to lie including your lawyers.

Now that you have admitted that there is no punishment for a violation of The PRA, you should be able to see that all other charges are bogus. He committed no crimes.Having the documents to begin with is not a crime.
 
Tony wasn't able to admit. Normally even when defeated, he continues on with garbage posting. But when he realizes he has been had and in a big way, he leaves the discussion without saying sorry.
